Terms of Service

Paper Craft Socials a pending registered TM of Shabby Divas Media, LLC. ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content. Paper Craft Socials is a monthly membership program owned and operated by Shabby Divas Media, LLC, a company based in Florida at 13014 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. #132 Tampa, FL 33618.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Licensing Agreement

As a member of Paper Craft Socials, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital designs, marketing and branding assets and printables provided through our platform solely for the purpose of creating physical products for distribution via classes, workshops, events, as well as online kits via Etsy, website and other approved marketplaces.  We do not permit sales on AMAZON. 

  • Physical Use Only: These digital files are licensed for use in physical kits only. You may print and assemble them into physical products or project kits for resale or for use during in-person events and workshops.
  • No Digital Distribution: Under no circumstances may these files be shared, sold, transferred, or distributed in digital form. This includes but is not limited to: email, file sharing, cloud storage, digital downloads, or within online groups.  This also means that you cannot take "part" of the digital kits for individual sale, transfer, distribution, etc. (i.e. you can't extract the tags, elements, clipart, etc. for digital use or distribution). 

  • Online Events Require Physical Kits: If you're hosting an online class, party, or workshop, you must provide each participant with a physical kit. Digital delivery of the files (or part of the files) to participants is strictly prohibited.

  • Non-Transferable License: This license is granted to the purchaser only and may not be transferred or sublicensed. Each teacher, host, or seller must purchase their own copy of the digital files.  Licenses are granted to individuals and not corporations. 

  • Membership Required for Ongoing Use: These files are provided as part of a paid monthly licensing fee (membership). If your membership is canceled or expires, you must cease all use and distribution of the digital files immediately, including use in any physical or teaching format, such as:

  • Class kits for workshops, retreats, and in-person events.

  • Physical handmade goods for sale at local markets, pop-up shops, or through your own website or store.

Under no circumstances may you:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the digital files in any format.

  • Include the digital files in any kit, course, or event intended to be delivered online.

  • Upload or make available the digital files on any file-sharing platform.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Paper Craft Socials & Shabby Divas Media, LLC.

Payment and Billing

  • Licensing membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you've entered into the program on the 10th of the month, your monthly licensing fee will be auto billed on the 10th of each following month. 
  • Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be given in full or on a pro-rata basis for any reason.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.
  • We reserve the right to change membership pricing, but you will be notified 60 days in advance of any changes.

Content Ownership and Usage

  • All content, including branding assets, logos, videos, photos, PDF's, training materials, templates and other resources provided within the licensing membership, remains the intellectual property of Shabby Divas Media, LLC.
  • You may access and use the content per the terms of your licensing agreement of which you are required to sign prior to first use. 
  • No Retention of Rights: Once you cancel or your membership lapses, you must cease using all content, and you do not retain any rights to access or use materials, media, files, templates, branding, etc. obtained during your licensing period.
  • Members are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling any content from Paper Craft Socials, Shabby Divas Media, LLC, The Social Divas, Vintage Press Studio, or The YouTube Growth Lab. 

Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your licensing agreement membership at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without notice if we suspect violations of these Terms.
  • If your membership is terminated for a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

No Guarantees or Warranties

  • We do not guarantee any specific results or earnings from using our services.
  • Our content and resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on the information provided in the membership.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shabby Divas Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to your membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last three months of your subscription.

Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify members through email or website updates.
  • Continued use of the membership after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Tampa Florida.
