Product Use & Licensing Agreement Paper Craft Socials: Single Purchase

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE AS YOU WILL NEED TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By purchasing a single listed design you are granted a limited commercial use license under the following terms:

✔ What You ARE Allowed To Do:

• You may create and sell physical products using this design, including (but not limited to):
  • Craft kits
  • Subscription boxes
  • Finished handmade products
• You may use this design to teach classes or workshops:
  • In-person events
  • Online classes or tutorials
• All teaching must result in the creation of a physical product only (no digital workshops)

✘ What You Are NOT Allowed To Do:

• You may NOT resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files in any form as you do not own the commercial rights to the images and elements used in each design.
• You may NOT upload or distribute these designs on any digital platform (including memberships, courses, or marketplaces).
• You may NOT WHOLESALE kits in any form (including sites like Faire, Shopify, Etsy, etc.), you may sell bulk packs of kits for class YOU are teaching or hosting.
• You may NOT alter and claim the digital design as your own or redistribute it as a digital product.

License Limits:

• This license is valid for a lifetime use for the purchaser
• This is a one-time purchase license PER DESIGN.
• Production is limited to up to 250 physical units

Extended Use Licensing:
If you wish to produce more than 250 physical units (includes classes, kits, etc.), you must maintain an active monthly "pro" licensing subscription through Paper Craft Socials.
