Licensing MembershipĀ Agreement:
Effective Date:Ā July 1, 2026
This Commercial Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Paper Craft Socialsā„¢, a brand of Vintage Press Studio ("Licensor"), and the Studio/Pro Member ("Licensee").
By purchasing or maintaining a Paper Craft Socials STUDIO OR PRO Monthly Membership, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. License Grant
While the Pro Membership remains active and in good standing, Paper Craft Socials grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial license to use eligible Paper Craft Socials designs to create and sell physical products ONLY.
This license allows the Licensee to:
- Create and sell physical craft kits online and in person.
- Create and sell finished handmade products.
- Include physical products in subscription boxes.
- Teach in-person classes using Paper Craft Socials designs.
- Teach online classes, provided participants receive or create a physical product and the digital files themselves are not distributed.
- Use the designs for reasonable business marketing related to the sale of licensed physical products.
2. Ownership
All artwork, digital files, templates, tutorials, and related content remain the sole intellectual property of Paper Craft Socials and Vintage Press Studio.
This Agreement grants a license to use the designsā€”it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
3. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may NOT:
- Sell, share, copy, gift, or redistribute any digital files.
- May not Wholesale kits, designs, or finished products.
- Upload digital files to websites, memberships, marketplaces, cloud storage, or file-sharing services for others to download.
- Include the digital files in online courses, memberships, digital subscriptions, or digital kits.
- Resell or sublicense the designs or this license.
- Claim any Paper Craft Socials design as their own original work.
- Create digital products using Paper Craft Socials artwork for resale or distribution.
4. Membership Requirement
This commercial license is valid only while the Licensee maintains an active Paper Craft Socials Pro Membership.
Monthly membership (licensing) fees are paid in exchange for continued access to the commercial licensing rights provided under this Agreement.
5. Termination of License
If the Pro Membership is canceled, expires, or is terminated for any reason:
- All commercial licensing rights immediately end.
- The Licensee must immediately stop producing new Paper Craft Socials products.
- The Licensee must immediately stop teaching classes using Paper Craft Socials designs. All designs must be removed from websites, Etsy & Social Media.Ā
- The Licensee may no longer advertise, market, or accept new orders for Paper Craft Socials products.
The Licensee may continue to fulfill customer orders that were accepted prior to the membership termination for up to thirty (30) days, unless otherwise prohibited by Paper Craft Socials.
No further production or sales are permitted after that period without reactivating the Pro Membership.
6. Reinstatement
If the Licensee later rejoins the Pro Membership, commercial licensing rights resume upon reactivation. Rights are not retroactive during any lapse in membership.
7. Non-Transferability
This license is issued solely to the purchasing member and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with another individual or business without written permission from Paper Craft Socials.
8. Intellectual Property Protection
Paper Craft Socials reserves the right to revoke this license immediately if any violation of this Agreement occurs.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or digital distribution of Paper Craft Socials designs constitutes copyright infringement and may result in termination of membership, revocation of licensing rights, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
9. Changes to This Agreement
Paper Craft Socials reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time. Continued membership after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance
By purchasing or maintaining a Paper Craft Socials Studio or Pro Membership, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Commercial Licensing Agreement.
